VOUCHERS

Treat someone to special occasion with Django’s gift vouchers! To purchase a gift voucher please email us at contact@djangosssmokehouse.co.uk

1. When using a gift voucher or raffle prize voucher: If booking online, please enter a note to notify us that you will be using a voucher. If making a reservation via telephone, please notify the server.
2. Present the voucher to a member of staff on arrival.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are for Single-Use, the full balance must be redeemed in 1 transaction. Any unused balance will be forefeited.
4. Valid only on days stated on the voucher and until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be extended. Buffet Menus, Key Date Menus (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mothering Sunday & Christmas) are excluded.
5. Vouchers cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or voucher, including early bird & bottomless brunch.

COWLEY ROAD CARNIVAL 20% OFF FLYER

1. This offer entitles the flyer holder to 20% off their individual food bill when dining from the main restaurant menu, taco menu, steak menu and Sunday Roast menu only. The discount applies to the flyer holders purchase and does not apply to group purchases – unless everyone in the group has a flyer. Drinks will be charged at full price.
2. The flyer must be presented when the bill is requested.
3. Buffet Menus, Key Date Menus (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mothering Sunday & Christmas) are excluded from this offer.
4. The offer cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or voucher, including early bird & bottomless brunch.

BLUE LIGHT CARD

We want to show our appreciation for our frontline workers, that’s why we offer 10% discount off your food bill to emergency services, NHS, social care, and armed forces (serving and veterans).

1. This offer entitles the holder of a Blue Light Card membership to 10% off their individual food bill when dining from the main restaurant menu, taco menu, steak menu and Sunday Roast menu only. The discount applies to the cardholder’s purchase and does not apply to group purchases – unless everyone in the group has a Blue Light Card. Drinks will be charged at full price.
2. Blue Light Card must be presented when the bill is requested.
3. Buffet Menus, Key Date Menus (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mothering Sunday & Christmas) are excluded from this offer.

COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY

Djangos’s will support and continually adapt to Covid-19 protocols and procedures. Detailed risk assessments have been carried out, in line with Government guidelines, and will be under constant review to protect our guests and our employees. We are available at all times to answer any questions you may have regarding hygiene and safety.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTANT POLICY

♦ We maintain the most scrupulous of cleaning practices as standard. Our new regime relates to frequency, high attention areas, and social distancing.
♦ Hand sanitiser units are readily available throughout our properties, for all guests to use freely.
♦ Our cleaning products and protocols meet country-specific guidelines for approved effective use against viruses and bacteria.
♦ We have activated higher fan speeds to increase the ventilation rate, this will pull in fresh clean external air to enhance the air exchange within the building.
♦ All air filters and ventilation ducts have been replaced with new where possible and/or sanitised.
♦ Windows and doors will remain open where possible to promote airflow and to increase room ventilation.

OUR RESTAURANT

♦ As of Monday 19th July guests entering our properties have the option to wear face coverings should they wish.
♦ You’ll find hand sanitiser dispensers readily scattered around our restaurants for all our guests to use.
♦ Napkins are disposable for the time being.
♦ Hand sanitiser units are prevalent throughout all staff areas, we’ve given particular attention to staff entrances, exits and changing areas.

OUR GUESTS

♦ If in the unfortunate case, you have any Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you contact us, and allow us to reschedule your visit.

♦ It is important to note, that for the safety of our guests and the safety of our team, that any guests displaying symptoms consistent with Covid-19 will be requested to seek medical attention.
